DORTIS & ASSOCIATES provides technical monitoring and management services for investment projects implemented under Development Laws and funding programmes. We undertake the coordination of the technical implementation of the investment, the monitoring of its physical and financial scope, the review of work progress, and the collection of the required technical documentation, with the aim of ensuring consistent implementation of the approved investment plan.

In cooperation with the investor and the project’s financial and consulting partners, we monitor budgets, invoices and supporting documents, technical reports, eligible expenses, work certifications, schedules, and technical deliverables, helping to identify deviations at an early stage and to organize the required inspections and certification procedures effectively.

Our goal is the technically sound, organized, and fully documented completion of the investment, minimizing delays and deviations while providing the investor with a clear overview of the project’s progress, from the start of construction through to completion and final certification.
