DORTIS & ASSOCIATES is an engineering design and construction company with 20 years of experience in building projects. We provide end-to-end services covering design, permitting, supervision and construction for residential buildings, commercial properties, industrial facilities, warehouses and logistics centres. Our engineering department prepares structural designs for reinforced concrete, load-bearing masonry and structural steel buildings, as well as repair and structural strengthening studies for existing buildings.

We approach every project according to the client’s specific needs, defining the technical specifications, estimated cost and required timeframe from the outset. We prepare the necessary studies and manage all supporting documentation, statutory approvals and building permits. The collaboration between engineers from different disciplines, combined with ongoing technical support and regular client updates, enables us to respond quickly to every challenge and maintain full control throughout the project.

The company’s founder and CEO is Nikolaos Dortis, a civil engineer and graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a Master’s degree in Construction Economics & Management from University College London. His professional experience includes more than 2,000 structural studies, 200 supervision assignments, 100 building permits for major private-sector projects and 100 construction projects.
